This journey is incredibly humbling for me.

From being wounded and not knowing which way is up and wondering whether or not i could be ALIVE or not and at the same time, finding new MEANING in my new life in this FOREIGN place.....It's been an AMAZING journey

I am a daughter, sister, dog-owner and friend.

Currently, i am learning to train my mind and body. I want to hold my body, challenge my physical ability to a level i could never imagine.

I definitely have learn to stop letting these people who do so little for me in my life but control so much of my mind, feeling and emotions.

Learning to let them go from my life is definitely one of the best achievement i ever done to myself.

Goodbye my friends.... Hope when we meet again, we are once strangers again.

Ipoh International Run 2009

Please be in mind I'm not the participant..... IMPOSSIBLE!!!! ME??? RUNNING??? Even quarter marathon also got problem .... I'll probably run straight to hospital instead of waiting for people in the medical booth to save me because i'm too lazy to run back to the finish line....

Here are the finishing line....

Well, i'm part of the medical team... For the past 3 hours i'm there, I also tried to figure out why would physiotherapists be part of the medical team for a marathon.... So, please don't ask me why i'm there..... but i can tell you what i did there???

I ate there....

Jami is going to kill me.... But Jami, i have been good girl, i only took one red bean bun... the others i gave away...

Besides taking pictures around.... i was also scolding school-going children for not taking breakfast before running... at least a cup of Milo la....... i was also asking this runner.... with fit, nice looking legs but why forgot to stretch before the run... Instead of completing the run, came to us with hypoglycemic attack and muscles cramps....

Before the race begin,

10 minutes after.....

If you do notice, most of the casualties in the medical booth are those youngsters, where are all those apeks??? R said they know how to treat themselves already....

However, today is a good day, thanks to the rain, i think only half of the crowd turned out....

That's why the medical team are smiling away when we took our final pictures...Even Dr. can't stand but to take pictures when we took the picture....
