A number that is right in front of me. I have been waiting for 45 mins in front of this door. Today is my 2nd appointment for my post op ACL reconstruction. Currently, I'm in General Hospital of Kuala Lumpur Orthopedic clinic, while my world-best-brother is waiting in car patiently. He knew what to prepared every time he drives me for my appointment in hospital. He got tons of DVDs in the car for him to burn his times or maybe he will catch up with his sleep he missed during his PSP game playing time.

Is another number I'm anticipating on the digital scoreboard. My internal yet reliable source told me no need to come at 9am as what my appointment written cause the specialist never come down to clinic by 9am.

Is exactly one hour since i put my butt on this chair because i'm still waiting to see my doctor. My emotion is full with thoughts. This is how patient felt. Their thoughts are filled with number like mine!!!!

What is death?

Is she afraid of death???

Jeannette Aw said death means no regret with whatever you do in ur life.

When I heard these words, I thought of my thesis. I felt the guilt. I did not finish my thesis according to the dateline. I have been lacking. I did not do things I should do. I should say I have been lazy. I caught up with lots of dramas and movies I missed when I was in Ipoh.

Therefore, I must catch up with my dateline.

" Are You Moist Enough?

Do you know there is a strict hand-washing procedure that everybody who work in wards and operating theaters must follow???

The reason????

Because there are some Tom, Dick and Harry will miss this certain parts of their hands during normal hand washing… The yellow spots showed that most frequently missed spot during hand-washing….

Therefore, everybody needs to wash their hands based on these steps:-

All together there are 7 steps for hand-washing…. And every sink in ICU, there will be a diagram like this

As a reminder to wash your hand the PROPER WAY… But, in my Intensive Care Unit itself, i have 16 patients to see for twice a day, and every time before i see the patient, i must wash my hands and every time after i see the patient, i must wash my hands too. 

This means 16 X 2 = 32 X 2times/day = 64 times. Which means, both of my delicate hands have to undergo the 7 steps for

64 x 7 days = 448 times per week.

Do you know what you get when you wash your hand that much of times????

When i need some ‘balance training’, i need this Labyrinth 3D. This game makes me move my ‘body’ up and down, side by side and up and down. So, i can move the ball into the hole!!!!

And when I'm diligent, I want to ‘stacked’ apartments… I want to build an empire. And also earn as much points as i can…..

Last but not least, every Chinese should knows how to play….

Every day i carry my heavy tote bag, i asked myself, what have i done to my tote bag? Why is it so heavy???

My friends always asked me what do i have in my tote bag…..

And every day, i need to flip and throw all the things out from my bag and reorganize it again……

And all the things are so much till it overflows in my tote bag…

Wow…… If i have IPhone 4, i can throw out my calendar, notebook, camera, Mp3 player, hand phone and calculator from my bag.

Is time to move on… we as the younger generation needs to open our minds to all possibilities and also be friends with everybody. When we are friends with everybody from different races, ethnics and sexes, we understand each other.

Lee Hom in Xiao Yen’s talk show (Part 5)

Part 5 talked about Lee Hom maybe looking for a girl that has similar features like ‘Liu Yi Fei’. And this one you can hear him singing ‘Ni Bu Zhi Dao De Shi’ live.

Part 4 stated that if Lee Hom’s ‘Love in Disguise’  meets 1 million sales, he will go skinny dip but Xiao Yen Jie stated that he cannot do now because he is too skinny and is ugly. So, she suggested that he should go gym and build up his muscle first….

She also stated that his latest song ‘ Cai Mi You Yen Jiang Chu Cha’, she felt that Lee Hom yearns for this kind of lifestyle, but he felt this lifestyle is faraway from his lifestyle now. And the lyricist for this song is Eva Hsiao, and she is confused who is the one yearn for this kind of lifestyle.

Xiao Yen stated that Lee Hom is very careful in this interview. He tends to avoid the issues with girls such as Elva Hsiao and Liu Yi Fei, but slowly he managed to express his little secret under the eagle eyes of Xiao Yen Jie.

I bet everyone want to watch this….Xiao Yen is so naughty because she is trying to trick Lee Hom to express who is his girlfriend, who is Liu Yi Fei’s boyfriend or whether Lee Hom got find out that Liu Yi Fei got boyfriend or not…. At the end, she cleared the issue out and stated Lee Hom likes someone more mature and calm with everything. He doesn’t like complicated type of girls….

Seriously, I'm sucker for 40s to 50s Chinese Songs, especially by Yao Lee and Bai Guang or Pow Soo Keong.....

Therefore, when i found this song in YouTube, I'm ecstatic to share with you guys that Bai Kuang is married to Malaysian, and she has a massive big tomb in Semenyih, Malaysia that looks like this...

She even have her own piano tomb….

That played her songs automatically….. OMG… imagine you were there midnight…. and I’m waiting for you to come home 等著你回來 is played during that time… eeerrriiiiieee….

Anyway, here is a little bout Bai Kuang… courtesy of Wikipedia!!!

Bai Guang aka Shi Yongfen is born in Beiping (now is known as Beijing) during 1921, moved to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during 1999  was a famous movie star and singer. By the 1940s, she became one of the Seven great singing stars^.

Upon the Communist takeover in 1949, Bai moved to Hong Kong. By 1950 Bai tired of the low-quality films she was given and retired as an actress in China. After marrying an American GI, she lived in Japan and successfully opened a nightclub in Tokyo's Ginza District in 1953. The union did not last, and she returned to Hong Kong, recording some music through the late 1950s. In 1969 she resettled in the Malaysian capital of Kuala Lumpur, where she married a man 20 years her junior. Her last public appearance was in 1995 at Hong Kong's TV top 10 Chinese singer award presentation^.

On August 27, 1999 she died in Kuala Lumpur due to colon cancer at the age of 78

Bai's tomb rests in Semenyih, Malaysia. It is unique since it plays her music. Her gravesite attracts visitors from all around the world including China, Hong Kong, Germany, Denmark and Spain^.

It feels so weird because i can’t wait to leave Malaysia, but a famous singer like Bai Guang want to rest for the rest of her life here……  maybe i seriously don’t know how appreciate Malaysia yet…

Family

I always got a bit emo when I was waiting for my bus ride back to Ipoh.

Despite, I got angry with my sis a while ago, but I still worry and miss her at this moment.

In Chinese, we called this 'hao but dui sam' aka mouth does not match heart!!!! You may said you think this person is not important but deep down in your heart you are so worry for the person. Yes..... I know. I have being a silly girl!!!!




Maybe I have been always worry about little things since young.

When I was young, I worry people don't like me. I look at the other children, they looked so cute and good at doing what children suppose to do. I'm on the other side of the world. I'm not good at making people laugh. I realized all adults such as my aunts and uncles, they prefer my cousins more. I got lesser portion of chocolates too. Even my cousins also didn't play with me. I always feel left out. And I always venture into my own world because no one would play with me.


But, as I grow up, realized I don't need their approval. I only need my dad, mom, sis and bro's blessing to be who am I today!!!!

Things at home have improve. I'm happy because I know they are safe n sound without my presence
