This journey is incredibly humbling for me.

From being wounded and not knowing which way is up and wondering whether or not i could be ALIVE or not and at the same time, finding new MEANING in my new life in this FOREIGN place.....It's been an AMAZING journey

I am a daughter, sister, dog-owner and friend.

Currently, i am learning to train my mind and body. I want to hold my body, challenge my physical ability to a level i could never imagine.

I definitely have learn to stop letting these people who do so little for me in my life but control so much of my mind, feeling and emotions.

Learning to let them go from my life is definitely one of the best achievement i ever done to myself.

Goodbye my friends.... Hope when we meet again, we are once strangers again.

Sago worms..... Delicacies to my mouth..

Recently when i came back from Kuching, Sarawak, i have the opportunity to savor some of the foods taken by the locals.
Today I'm going to share some local delicacies while I’m on my way to the border of Kuching-Kalimantan, the Sago Worm

The little cutie worms live with sago barks.... they feel fluffy and cute.... fatty fatty.... fluffy..... fluffy

Well, this little cuties are just waiting for their time....

Here comes the moment...........

How do you cook it????
First, start by cleaning the worm.... Remove the intestines and stomach from little cuties.....
Hey, u need special technique to hold the wiggled little cuties, or else before u remove anytime, they already fall off from your hand
Now only two cuties, still got 18 more to go....

Well, now u can see, the little cuties are inside the wok. No oil is needed cause the cuties has its natural oil. Enough cholesterol for this delicacies.

Here comes our delicacies..... Yummy.... Yummy....

Comment:
Well, although it looks cruel to eat this little fluffy cuties, but seriously, there is no compensation on it.... Just eat the damm worms...
Taste: First taste.... my taste bud said "Hey is just another meaty worm"
Second bite...." Hey, is chewy... chew...chew...chew..."
Third chew...." Well, taste like shrimp"
Fourth swallow.... " Hmmm, not bad, but it will be better to find another way to cook it, instead of stir-fry it"
Feeling: Confused, Yucky, Fear ..... None of that, looking forward for another cuisine, probably, shall suggest to Jamie Oliver to discover a naked way to cook it....
