Today i read on the The Associated Press, and read an article titled ' Zhang Ziyi says she's outraged by quake ignorance'

Zhang Ziyi has been busy raising funds for the Sichuan Earthquake..... together with the status help from her fiance, Vivi Nevo, she managed to raise a sum of money.....

However, she was outraged when she found out a group of solicitors during Cannes Film Festival in France know nothing about the earthquake.... WTF... these people are well-dressed, damm f*cking rich people.... and they know nothing bout Sichuan earthquake... and i'm a just a underpaid physiotherapist in government sector.... i squeezed the hell from my pay to help those people despite i know is little......

So she said this to the group of ignorance solictors

"Are you idiots? You are well-dressed people who look like you identify with society, but you don't know what's going on on planet Earth.' It's incredible!"

Today i watched Phoenix again..... and Sichuan is having drizzling rain.... making the search more difficult..... and also i saw a clip on interviews between the teachers and students of Juyuan Middle school, who has lost children, friends, teachers and students......

When a teacher told the host that he had lost his daughter...... Then, a student walked towards him and told him, " Don't worry, teacher.... We will be your children..... we will" Tears start rolling down the cheek of the teacher and also the host....... He can't hold back his tears not because he lost his daughter to the Sichuan Earthquake..... but because he can't believe this little student of him, offered to be his daughter despite she is mourning for losing her parents to the earthquake......

After the clip, a MV set in..... this is a Beyond's "Boundless Ocean Vast Sky, that was rewritten by Andy Lau and is named as 'Promise'.....

There are two hundred artistes and celebrities, ranging from Maria Cordero to Justin Lo get together at the recording studios at RTHK...... to sing this son together as a message of care and love to the victims of Sichuan Earthquake......

The best 'Kacang Merah Ais' in Ipoh

Well..... well.... well.... Finally, after 10 months in Ipoh....... I have the guts to write bout Ipoh food..... the food haven of Malaysia...... After all, everytime i go out eat, i just don't have the time to take pict.....

And today i'm gonna bullshit bout the best 'kacang merah ais' (Red Bean Ice) in Ipoh.... Direct translation.... "Hong Tau Ping'........ Hmmmm.... yummy yummy.......By just bullshitting bout it, my saliva already starts drooling....

Well, this particular shop is situated at Bercham, Ipoh..... In fact, is very near the new Tesco, Tesco Extra in Bercham Ipoh..... From the traffic light near Tesco Extra, go straight to Bercham Village till you see a Mobil Gas station, turn left at the traffic light, you'll see a restaurant at the corner called ????? If forgot the name, but it is the only corner restaurant on the right after the traffic light... For further direction, jus email me k??? Cause i still dunno how to draw those cute maps like KY drew for my dad's duck rice stall in his blog.....

You will see a small stall like this in the restaurant that sells 'Yong Liew Fan' aka Yong Tau Fu stuffs with Noodles....

Delicious 'Hong Tau Ping'........ if not mistaken, they blend the red bean and coconut milk together.... or else, why is it so smooth and creamy??????

Hmmm... begins your meals with a sip of this 'Hong Tau Ping'.... Besides red bean, they also have Jagung Ais (Corn Ice) aka Jia Gong Ping..... or you can even ask for 'Ying Yong' means mixture of red bean and corn ice together.... Yummy....

Tribute : A man named Chen Jian

I usually don't watch Phoenix (Channel 312) in Astro as i don't like news especially in Chinese as i don't understand the deep accent spoken by the news anchor. However, today exactly at 8.30pm, a news in Phoenix caught my attention....... The news is about Sichuan Earthquake 12 May 2008, and this particular news that caught my attention is about 'A Man Named Chen Jian'.

The news is about the rescue of a 26 years old man named Chen Jian, who was trapped under rocks of buildings for 73 hours. Under those rocks, Chen Jian talked and talked non-stop with the rescue teams and also journalists bout his wife, his unborn baby, his job and his determination to stay alive. In fact, in the clip, there is no words on blaming God for creating this earthquake, there is no voice of regrets for being at the place at the wrong time.

It was known that Chen Jian had been trapped under those rocks for 3 days 3 nights with no food..... and he survived those 3 days........ While the rescue workers waited for the rescue equipments, journalist talked to him, keep telling him not to sleep but rest so, he can gathered his energy to pull himself out from this rocks. According to the news, it takes 4 hours for the rescue workers to reach Chen Jian trapped site as the nearest rescue camp is down the hill, where Chen Jian was trapped.

Once the rescue equipments has arrived, rescue workers started their work even though the night falls. It took them 6 long hours to bring Chen Jian out from the rubbles, however, while they were bringing Chen Jian to the rescue camp, Chen Jian stopped talking and he had a cardiac arrest and passed away.

The officer who did CPR on him, kept rendering to him.....

"You foolish man, you waited for so long......Why can't you wait for a little while????? You foolish man!!!!!"

Watching the news really bring me to tears, seeing this man at his most fragile moment, he hold on to it.......... and not even a words of blame and regrets, in fact he ended his life with words of thankful to the rescue workers who brought him our from the rocks and rubbles. while me was complaining and and raising my temper about the air cond in the ferry to Langkawi Island 2 days ago..... SHAME OF ME!!!!!!!

At the same time, This news really bring up my spirit, make me realize how fragile is my life, and all the time, i take granted on many things..... i put myself in depression over silly fights with my sister, i put myself to escapism over the death of him, i put myself in anger over stupid chocolates with my cousins, i put myself to shame over this silly things.........

To you who you know who you are, no matter how much changes in your stage of life, whether you are facing other people's stigma ism, or you are on a stage of heart breaking, or you are depending on drug to calm yourself, do keep in mind that life is very fragile, don't take it for granted....... i don't see the point of you hanging yourself there for so long, and you end up getting yourself hurting for no reason.......... Rest but never quit........ cause you end up hurting yourself for no reason......

In the clip, Chen Jian did mentioned these words,

" I'm a lucky and also unlucky person. i know i escaped from death. Many people are less fortunate than me. Although, i cannot move, i have not eaten for 3 days 3 nights. I only drank some water. i must be strong, i have to be strong, i have to be strong for those who loves me. i must live because this people has been good for me. I hope i won't be intimidated by any hardship"

Today i'm less tulan cause i saw the finale of MDG... i love the way Elaine Daly kept on mentioning that MDG is solely due to voting basis during the Finale in One Utama... and she and the rest of the judges had nothing to do with it, which means she also want HANIS won, she even said that in the Star..... and also the last episode of MDG, when Alison was trying so hard to bring out the unfairness she felt and also how much CIndy does not deserve to win.....

Therefore, to all my friends, this will be the last post on MDG from me, i rest my case for now, and i'm so satisfied with MDG production crews for airing that part of Alison asking Cindy that question whether she deserved to win or not... though she said she deserves it... ([Piuutttt, pleasela....) and i'm looking forward to watch the 2nd season of MDG... Hope it will improve......... Gambate.....
